Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, Natural Health Writer
Nikki Lyn Pugh, MFA, INHC is a former bilingual schoolteacher. In 2014, a little over a decade into her teaching career, she was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions. Forced to leave the classroom for health reasons, she began her second career as a natural health blogger, writer, and researcher.
After diving deep into her own healing journey and coming out victorious, she decided to further her formal education so that she could help and inspire others. In 2019, she became certified as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
She is now blessed to offer her services as a health coach. She also offers classes, webinars, and health-related writing (eBooks, books, and articles) aimed at providing simple, down-to-earth, and even fun(!) ways lead a healthy lifestyle. She uses a unique blend of scientific and spiritual insight to help others with autoimmune disease, chronic stress, and more. Mostly, she believes that tapping into what gives you joy and living a purpose-driven life is the greatest “cure” there is!
She is also a creative writer and poet, with an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Orleans. Besides health coaching, she is currently completing a young adult science fiction fantasy novel and maintains a small client load for blog writing and social media consulting.
Nikki lives in Cottonwood, AZ with her bunny rabbit “Ms. D.” She loves going on hikes amidst the red rocks of nearby Sedona and being a part of the worship team at her local church.
